Premarital Counseling

You can received marriage coaching from qualified, experienced leaders at Hope Church.

Hope Church has several couples who have been married for years and can provide insight to building a lasting relationship in marriage that focuses on God’s ways.

• The Hope Church staff can connect you with a qualified couple to provide coaching.
• Based on your anticipated wedding date, the counseling couple will set a schedule of conversation sessions leading up to your big day.
• As a couple, you will have pre-work content and conversations with each other to complete before each session.

What are the prerequisites?

Premarital counseling is available to couples where both the man and woman are members or regular attenders of Hope Church. 

What is the Cost/Benefit?

There is no cost from you due to Hope Church, but you will need to pay for any premarital resources and materials.

How many sessions are expected?

For the full benefit of the premarital counseling process, 8-10 sessions will be a scheduled with a minimum of one hour per session.

What premarital materials will we utilize?

We have a variety of sources to use depending on the couple.

Do we get to choose who will facilitate our premarital counseling?

If you choose to receive premarital counseling through Hope Church, the Family Pastor will assign and connect you with an experienced, and qualified counselor.
