BIBLE BASICS

(for Boys and Girls)

All Scripture is given by God. And all Scripture is useful for teaching and for showing people what is wrong in their lives. It is useful for correcting faults and teaching the right way to live.”

2 Timothy 3:16 (ERV)

Want spiritually healthy children?

Recent research has shown that the largest impact on a child’s future spiritual health as an adult is that he or she regularly reads his or her Bible while growing up.

The influence of God’s Word in a child’s life is impactful!

That's why we are taking the months of January and May this semester to teach kids about the Bible and to make the Bible more accessible to them!

UNIT GOAL:

Kids learn the big picture of the Bible, the basic structure, who wrote it and how, and how it impacts history/us.  There is one central message consistently carried by all 40 writers of the Bible: God, who created us all, desires a relationship with us. He calls us to know Him, trust Him.  It is one big story!
